It has been a few years since I hade the time to arrange a training camp but with the new ICF ethic guidelines I thought it would be good to get it going again. Let’s meet up and explore them together.

Training camp may sound like tough training but rest assured, there will be no sit-ups and no running unless you want to. It is our coaching skills that will have the intense training in a relaxed and friendly environment. In workshops and sharing conversations based on the ICF core competencies and ethical guidelines we reach out to each other and boost our development as coaches. And we have lots of fun!

 In this training for mastery group you will meet other experienced coaches striving to be their best. Whether you already are a master coach or a PCC aiming to become one this is the place to go deeper together. To fully explore what mastery means to you in light of the new ICF Core Competency model. We all bring our wisdom and our questions. A training camp is not an opportunity to have me telling you what mastery is. It is an opportunity to explore and learn together what mastery could be to each and every one of us as we practice and learn together.
